Several types of apartments are available in the building:
 
Studio apartment (one room)  for two roommates or a couple.
Two rooms apartment for two roommates - one room is a basic room and the second room is a large room with balcony.
 
All of the apartments include: 
 Bed, closet, desk and chair (per resident)
 Electric water heater
 LCD television,  cable TV (Hot).
 Wireless internet connection, 15 MB
 
Rent ranges from 1287 NIS to 2166 NIS per resident, per month (not including utilities), depending on the type of apartment.

General Information for Applicants


The rent is charged on the 1st of every month through a standing order which every resident must
arrange before signing the contract. It is not possible to charge the rent on a later date.

When signing the contract the resident must provide a receipt for the deposit payment
(which ranges from 1800 NIS to 3600 NIS) and a promissory note signed by a guarantor
(as well as the standing order form as stated above).
The deposit is returned to the resident within sixty business days from the last day of the contract, by check.
