Brodetsky Dorms


The building, owned by The Jewish Agency, is located at Brodetsky 36 st.
Ramat Aviv within a walking distance from Tel Aviv University and several shopping centers in the area.

The dorms are intended for students, soldiers and graduates who have immigrated
to Israel during the last ten years, and provide a convenient and reasonably priced
solution for residency in Ramat Aviv.
Since the building consists of over 250 young residents and students from similar
​backgrounds and programs, its environment is vibrant and dynamic.
The building's apartments are varied and include basic furniture. Among the different services provided for the residents is a Laundromat, computer room and a 24 hour security.

Several types of apartments are available in the building:
 
 A studio apartment (one room) for two roommates or a couple 

 
All of the apartments include: 
 bed, closet, desk and chair (per resident)
 electric boiler
 LCD television, Yes satellite box
 wireless internet connection, 15 Mega
 
Rent ranges from 1618 NIS to 3196 (not including utilities) NIS (per resident, per month),
depending on the kind of apartment.

General Information for Applicants


The rent is charged on the 1st of every month through a standing order which every resident must
arrange before signing the contract. It is not possible to charge the rent on a later date.

When signing the contract the resident must provide a receipt for the deposit payment
(which ranges from 1800 NIS to 3600 NIS) and a promissory note signed by a guarantor
(as well as the standing order form as stated above).
The deposit is returned to the resident within sixty business days from the last day of the contract, by check.
